Jeri Ward, R.N., BSN, PHC, ONC, earned her nursing degree from El Camino College, Torrance, CA, her bachelor's degree in nursing and public health credentials from the University of Phoenix. Prior to this she worked as an orthopaedic technician, developing specialized abilities in traction, applying casts and working in the operating room.
Upon graduation, Ms. Ward worked in orthopaedics for eight years before transferring to the emergency room, while simultaneously working in research with Lawrence D. Dorr, M.D.
