Tina began her nursing education at Cerritos College where she obtained her AA in nursing. She then continued her studies at the University of Southern California where she earned her BS in Nursing with a minor in psychology. After graduation Tina joined the Arthritis Institute team in 1996 as a bedside nurse. Four years later Tina became a Certified Case Manager and began working as the case manager for the AI patients. In 2002, Tina was promoted to Unit Director of 6 East. In addition to orthopaedics and case management, Tina has expertise in liver transplant, cystic fibrosis, epiural infusion, discharge planning and administration.
